Gorilla Forest Camp is located on a steep hillside within Bwindi Impenetrable National Park,close to the Buhoma trailhead, there is a luxurious base called Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp.  Meanwhile, it is one of the two upscale lodges in the park; the other being Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge. Located on the southern edge of the forest. Found within the thick rain forest. Just next to the park entry and it’s a focal point where gorillas start their tracking. The camp has a bar and dinning cottage overlooking the rain forest and the bar operates 24/7 and there is a camp fire at night.

The cuisine favors both local and international guests from different parts of the world. The tents are tremendously large with a wooden deck for visitors. Who may want to relax or experience life confidentially without meddling. The lodge reached in just a drive of about 10 hours from Kampala/Entebbe, or a charter flight arranged from Kanjasi to Kisoro airstrips. And then from here you are picked and driven to the lodge the flight is just about 45min.

From the lodge, many activities  arranged setting from the camp in including

• Gorilla trekking experience,   Gorilla trekking from Sanctuary. On the northern edge of the Bwindi forest, Sanctuary  found close to the Buhoma trailhead. The most well-known trekking route, Buhoma, is where gorilla trekking first started in 1993. However the Rushegura gorilla family like to stay out close to the village, making this one of the four trailheads around Bwindi the most accessible for trekking (and the reason they occasionally stray onto the grounds of Sanctuary camp!).
