Day 1: Nairobi – Transfer to Amboseli National Park#9 Day Kenya Wildlife Safaris & Adventure Tours
After an overnight stay in Nairobi, your safari adventure begins with an early morning departure for Amboseli National Park, a scenic and wildlife-rich reserve located at the foot of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro.
En route to the park, you have the option to visit a traditional Maasai village, where you can experience the rich culture and lifestyle of the Maasai people.
Upon arrival in Amboseli, you will check in and enjoy a delicious lunch at Sopa Amboseli Lodge. In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive, where you’ll have the chance to see large herds of elephants, zebras, wildebeests, and possibly predators like lions and cheetahs, all set against the stunning backdrop of Kilimanjaro.
Dinner and overnight stay will be at the comfortable and well-located Kibo Safari Camp.
Day 2: Amboseli National Park – Return to Nairobi
Begin your day with an early morning breakfast, followed by a final game drive in Amboseli National Park to soak in the last views of its breathtaking landscapes and abundant wildlife. This is a great opportunity to capture early morning sightings of animals as they begin their day.
You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch at Observation Hill, which offers panoramic views of the park’s swamps, plains, and—on a clear day—Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance.
After lunch, you will depart for Nairobi, arriving in the evening. You’ll check in at Anga Africa Camp, where you’ll enjoy dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.
Day 3: Nairobi – Transfer to Samburu National Reserve
After an early morning breakfast, you will check out and begin your journey north to the spectacular Samburu National Reserve, located in Kenya’s semi-arid northern region. The drive offers stunning views of the changing landscapes as you transition from the lush highlands to the drier, rugged terrain of Samburu.
Lunch will be provided en route, giving you a chance to relax and refuel before reaching the reserve.
Upon arrival, you’ll head out for an evening game drive, your first opportunity to spot some of the unique wildlife that calls Samburu home—including the Samburu Special Five: the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, Beisa oryx, gerenuk, and Somali ostrich.
Dinner and overnight stay will be at the comfortable and well-appointed Sopa Samburu Lodge, nestled within the reserve and offering excellent views and hospitality.
Day 4: Samburu National Reserve – Transfer to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Start your day with an early morning game drive in Samburu National Reserve, when wildlife is most active and the lighting is perfect for photography. After the drive, return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast.
Following breakfast, you will check out and continue your journey to Ol Pejeta Conservancy, a renowned private wildlife sanctuary located on the Laikipia Plateau. You will arrive in time for lunch at your lodge.
In the late afternoon, you’ll head out for a game drive within the conservancy, offering opportunities to see the Big Five and other wildlife species. A highlight of your visit will be a stop at the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya where you can observe rescued chimpanzees in a safe and natural environment.
Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Sweetwaters Serena Camp, a beautifully located and well-appointed camp within the conservancy.
Day 5: Ol Pejeta – Transfer to Lake Naivasha
Start your day with an optional pre-dawn game drive in Ol Pejeta Conservancy, offering a final chance to spot wildlife in the cool morning hours. Return to the lodge for a relaxing breakfast before checking out.
After breakfast, begin your journey to Lake Naivasha, a beautiful freshwater lake nestled in the Great Rift Valley. Along the way, you will stop at Thomson’s Falls for a picnic lunch and to enjoy the breathtaking views of the waterfall and surrounding landscapes.
Upon arrival at Lake Naivasha, you’ll take a scenic boat ride across the lake, where you may spot hippos, fish eagles, and other water birds. The peaceful setting is perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature up close.
In the evening, check in for dinner and an overnight stay at Sanctuary Farm, a charming and serene lakeside property surrounded by wildlife.
Day 6: Full Day at Lake Naivasha
After a leisurely breakfast, spend the day enjoying the natural beauty and tranquility of Lake Naivasha. The area is known for its picturesque landscapes, serene waters, and rich biodiversity. You may choose to take part in optional activities such as guided nature walks, horseback riding, or another boat ride to explore more of the lake and its surrounding wildlife.

Day 7: Lake Naivasha – Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve

Along the way, you’ll enjoy stopovers at various viewpoints, perfect for stretching your legs and capturing breathtaking photos of the surrounding landscapes.
Continue your journey to the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. The reserve is home to an incredible variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, and countless species of birds and antelopes.
Upon arrival, you will check in and have time to relax before enjoying dinner and an overnight stay at Mara Sopa Lodge, nestled in the heart of the wilderness.
Day8: Full Day in Maasai Mara
Have your breakfast and later embark the jeep for the full day game drive in the reserve’s suburbs. This drive rewards with sweeping views of rolling hills, wild animals, sunset/rise and other picturesque landscapes. Dinner and night stay at Mara Sopa Lodge.
Day9: Maasai Mara– Drive back to Nairobi.
From Masai Mara, you will proceed to Nairobi for a visit to Giraffe center and Sheldrick elephant orphanage center. If you have a late night flight, you can have dinner at the Carnivore restaurant. Later drop off at JKIA airport for your return flight. Kenya Wildlife Safaris
