Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park

In the afternoon, set out for a 3-hour boat cruise on the Victoria Nile, which provides a unique perspective on the park’s wildlife. Along the riverbanks, you may encounter elephants, hippos, crocodiles, antelopes, as well as monkeys and a variety of birds, including the rare shoebill stork, if you are lucky. The boat cruise sails all the way to the base of Murchison Falls, offering breathtaking views of the mighty Nile and its dramatic landscape.

From the river, you will embark on a 1.5-hour hike to the top of the falls, allowing you to fully appreciate the sheer power and beauty of the water cascading through the gorge.
